  15.      It has been found that the current keycard will not function on the NEC
  16.      APC IV and the IBM XT 286.  If you are using these machines, you will
  17.      need to make modifications to your existing keycard to produce an
  18.      alternate keycard.

  20.      The trace specified on the drawing below will need to be cut.  The
  21.      drawing below is intended to be used as reference.  The trace to be cut
  22.      is clearly marked.  This modification will then allow a keycard to work
  23.      in these machines.

  25.      As further testing is done with PC clones, more machines may need the
  26.      alternate keycard.  If so, notification will be made.

  48.      A technical bulletin, # 160, was sent out recently regarding the
  49.      modification  that needed to be made to produce a modified keycard. 
  50.      PLEASE DISREGARD THAT INFORMATION; IT IS INCORRECT.  We know that to
  51.      produce the best results in all situations, the information given in this
  52.      technical bulletin, # 160A, is correct.

  54.      It has been found that the current keycard, part number 738-000061-001,
  55.      will  not function on the NEC APC IV and the IBM XT 286.  If you are
  56.      using these machines, you will need to make modifications to your
  57.      existing keycard to produce a modified keycard.  The trace specified on
  58.      the drawing below, which is the back of the keycard, will need to be cut. 
  59.      The drawing below is intended to be used as reference.  The trace to be
  60.      cut is clearly marked.  This modification will then allow a keycard to
  61.      work in these machines.
